LexRx is a Nurse Practitioner owned and operated aesthetic injectables practice.
Practitioners are Board-Certified NPs with clinical experience from some of the country鈥檚 best hospitals. Utilizing an evidence-based approach, while prioritizing safety and results, Inject with Lex, the educational division of LexRx, courses are designed to provide clinicians with new skills to expand their practices and serve the fast growth aesthetics market.

Collagen-induction therapy is a treatment that uses a device to create thousands of 鈥渕icro鈥� skin punctures to stimulate the skin鈥檚 natural wound healing process. The treatment creates a controlled skin injury that will result in stimulating collagen and elastin production to aid in healing acne scars, diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and shrink the pores. The听 result is healthy and radiant looking skin with improved texture.

Alexa Nicholls Costa, NP
Alexa blends her extensive background in science with a passion for art to deliver impeccable听results for her clients. Many find comfort in knowing that听Alexa has expertise not only in听injectables, but also in emergency medicine.
Alexa is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and one of the leading ladies of LexRx. She has听clinical and research experience in plastic surgery at听Massachusetts General Hospital. While at听MGH, Alexa trained alongside the Division Chief and Lead听Nurse Practitioner. In addition to听many professional and academic publications, Alexa was also听the recipient of the Masters of听Nursing Excellence Award at Regis College鈥攁n honor awarded听to one candidate each year.听Alexa has served as a Nurse Practitioner Fellow in the听prestigious Emergency Medicine听Fellowship Program (EMPED) through Brown Medical School.听Following completion of听 her听fellowship, Alexa began working in the Emergency Department听at Massachusetts General听Hospital.
As co-founder of LexRx and Inject With Lex, Alexa was the Course Director听for the nation鈥檚 first University-hosted, injectables training program. A Key Opinion听Leader in the industry, Alexa is also Faculty for Galderma's听GAIN Business division, educating听practice owners from across the country. She has been an听invited speaker at conferences听 such听as the American MedSpa Association鈥檚 MedSpa Show, The听Aesthetic Show, Innova@Tufts听Conference, and the Nurse Practitioner Entrepreneurship听Conference to name a few.

Alexandra Rogers, NP
Alexandra approaches her work with creativity and diligence. Urgent/emergency medicine remains a passion of hers, but she is excited by the ability to empower and promote well-being in her clients through aesthetic medicine.
Alexandra is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and one of the leading ladies of LexRx. She worked at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in the Adult and Pediatric Urgent Care Center, and then transitioned to managing her own urgent care clinic. In these roles, Alexandra was exposed to many complex medical problems and gained immense clinical insight. She received formal certification through AMET for injectables. Her strong foundation in urgent/emergency medicine has evolved into a flourishing career as a Nurse Practitioner and trusted provider.
As co-founder LexRx and Inject With Lex, Alexandra was the Lead Instructor for the nation鈥檚 first University-hosted, injectables training program. As a Key Opinion Leader in the industry, Alexandra has been an invited speaker at industry conferences, including the American MedSpa Association鈥檚 MedSpa Show, The Aesthetic Show, Innova@Tufts, and the Nurse Practitioner Entrepreneurship Conference.
