Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (С°¬µç¾ºPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all С°¬µç¾º departments. The purpose of the С°¬µç¾ºPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the С°¬µç¾º postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of С°¬µç¾º

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the С°¬µç¾º community

To provide liaison between С°¬µç¾º postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The С°¬µç¾ºPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the С°¬µç¾ºPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
